Mr. Lazare’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage disputes. Throughout his career, he has assisted major carriers and other financial institutions in all aspects of civil litigation at the trial and appellate level. He also works closely with insurance companies in monitoring major securities and other commercial disputes internationally. Mr. Lazare is a frequent author and lecturer on important issues and trends relative to commercial lines insurance and litigation issues.
